School Improvement
The following is a banner I coordinated the creation of for Northeast High School. This work on the School Improvement Committee shows Community/Political Leadership by influencing the larger contexts within the school community. This banner was on display at many school events to advertise the school mission to all stakeholders.
The following is a segment of the Adopt-a-Junior spreadsheet the Measurable Objective Review and Recommendation Sub-Committee of School Improvement at Northeast High School created. This idea was presented and implemented by our committee to all staff at the end of first semester to provide students with additional support to finish the semester strong. This shows Strategic Leadership by implementing a vision to achieve common goals. This process was also used for seniors during second semester.
Special Education
This artifact file shows the assignments of teachers within the special education department while I was at Northeast High School. It reflects Instructional Leadership through the strategic placement of teachers throughout the school and use of T-Flex. T-Flex is new process that gives teachers the ability to have a flexible schedule for the periods in which they have a hash (#) symbol. This allows special educators to serve students in various classes and will be reviewed as a point of discussion at department meetings throughout the school year.

The following is a Northeast High School MDT/IEP Scheduling Form I updated during my time at Assistant Special Education Coordinator. The use of this artifact shows Organizational Leadership by updating the management of operations while also showing an understanding of existing practices. This form is similar to the one we previously had, but we made it more simple, organized, and user-friendly. Since it is a process in which our special education secretary is the main user, we (as special education coordinators) reviewed this with her in order to get her input before we implemented it.
MTSS-B
The following is a page that existed on the Northeast High School website that I helped create as part of my involvement on the Acknowledgements Sub-Committee of PBIS. This shows Community/Political Leadership promoting and displaying the positive actions occurring within the school. It also allows stakeholders to see the good work being done by students.
The following is a certificate that was developed in my collaboration with Dairy Queen for our Living Above the Line process at Northeast High School. This shows Community/Political Leadership forming collaborative relationships and promoting programs within the school community. This reward along with many others are imperative to the process.
SAT
Below is a spreadsheet that is used for the SAP/MTSS at Pershing Elementary. This spreadsheet is used to document students in the SAT/MTSS process and dates for meetings held for those students. Additionally, I have each student's SAT/MTSS Folder linked in this Google Sheet for my organization and use.
Gifted
Below is my Google Drive that shows how we organize files and forms in folders for Gifted at Pershing Elementary. As Gifted Facilitator, the Pershing Data Gathering Team meets monthly, processes students that are HAL, and makes determinations for students to be considered for Gifted Identification.
